Nutrition has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, growing up with a mum who was a food technology teacher and who was always cooking and experimenting in the kitchen.
It was only while at secondary school and mum developing a chronic condition that I really started to understand the fundamental impact that food can have on the functioning of the body. Watching first hand how mum not only managed her own health through nutrition but also how she helped support others gave me all the inspiration I needed to train in this field of work myself.
Having studied for a diploma in Nutritional Therapy, I also completed an NTEC qualification in Cancer and Nutrition, a diploma in Women's Health and Nutrition and am a qualified NLP coach.
From conducting 1:1 consultations where I design personalised nutritional programmes to group workshops and corporate talks, I use all the information I have learnt and am still learning to support you on your health journey.
I am based in Gloucestershire, but do work throughout the South of England. Telephone, Skype and home visits are available upon request.
How the consultations work
The consultations and nutritional and wellbeing support I offer is completely tailored to the needs of the individuals.
I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to nutrition and wellbeing.
