Ingredients
2 tbs almond butter
3 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs raw unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tbs honey
12 whole pecans or other nuts you prefer
1/2 cinnamon
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and slowly melt over a pan of simmering water
2. If you have a chocolate mold then you can use this, if not grease and lin a small square tin. scatter the bottom with your selected nuts, and maybe some fresh berries if you fancy it!
3. Pour the chocolate over the nuts and freeze for about 1 hour until set.
4. Take out of the fridge and break into squares and then store in the fridge for up to 2 days
