Building physical and emotional wellbeing through nutrition

Running on Monday 8th March 7.30pm - 9pm. This is an online course. This course is designed to help you understand how to support yourself both physically and emotionally using nutrition. Stepping away from advocating any form of dieting or strict plans, this course will help you understand how the female body works, what can happen when it comes out of balance and simple practical ways to help to rebalance to support yourself both physically and emotionally. Covering topics from hormone balancing, stress, exercise, sleep and achieving optimal vitality, we will break down the myths and look at the facts behind nutrition. The course will be run virtually through zoom and will last 1.5 hours (with a comfort break in between). Following on from the course, you will be provided with a comprehensive set of electronic notes and recipes to support you on your wellbeing journey.
I understand things can happen where it is suddenly not possible to attend your appointment. The cancellation policy is 24 hours, before a 50% despoit fee is charged. If there is an emergency however, please let me know and I will try to be as flexible with the cancellation fee as I can.
