A six-week nutrition and movement course, designed exclusively for mums from Shine. The course will be run online in 45-minute sessions one evening a week for six weeks, from 22 February to 29 March. We will discuss gentle and achievable nutrition and lifestyle changes to support your physical and emotional wellbeing and help with energy, stress and mood, as well as any specific questions or queries you have. In addition, we will also work to weave into our daily lives, simple movements, walks or exercises to stretch our bodies and get us breathing more deeply. These will be supported by a daily playlist of short mindfulness tracks, talks, podcasts and meditations which you can do at the same time, to allow for a real moment of me-time. Spaces are limited to 15 mums. Once you have booked onto the course, we will be in touch with the zoom contact details, log-ins for the extra resources on our website and a pre-course questionnaire. The course is provided to Shine mums for just £10, but please speak to us privately if paying for this is an issue for you.
