Based in the beautiful Cotswolds Kiki Stanton and Jen McDiarmid are running a day retreat combining Heart-Centred Coaching and Nutritional Therapy to create a space for you to re-charge after the summer months. The day will educate you in the best ways to use nutrition and heart centred coaching to look after your own wellbeing. So many of us just exist in a state of exhaustion, burnout and never ending 'to do' lists. We can find ourselves rushing through life without stopping to think about our happiness and contentment. Existing on nervous energy, caffeine, sugar, poor sleep patterns and negative internal dialogue about ourselves can become the norm. We don't stop to really engage with ourselves on how we feel deep down and self care stops becoming a priority. Together, we will unlock the true path to energy, lifted mood and clarirty on your wellbeing path. We will discuss ways that we can prioritise our own wellbeing in simple yet effective ways, and show you, how through these changes we can feel positive, energised and glowing through overall vitality. Winter months can be challenging for physical and mental wellbeing, but the retreat will help you with some principles to follow to embrace the darker and colder days, and thrive during these months. The retreat will include interactive nutrition and coaching sessions, a nourishing lunch, video and podcast recordings, a goody bag as well as the opportunity to spend the day working with two wellbeing experts.
