Banana and cinnamon smoothie

A really tasty smoothie that is nutritionally complete and very easy to make,

Ingredients

20grms 1oz ground almonds.

1 medium banana

Pinch cinnamon.

2 tsps clear honey or agave syrup.

3 tblsps coconut or walnut oil.

2tsps ground flax seeds.

400mls rice milk.

1 scoop vanilla protein powder or un-flavoured with some vanilla essence added..


Method

Simply whiz all together.


Approx 350 calories.
